Did you know that the better conversion rates come from affiliates who "warm their readers up" first to the idea of buying from Perdue Farms? They do this before they send them on their way with an affiliate click. That way their reader isn't just a cold lead for Perdue Farms to convert but it's a great prospective buyer who is truly interested in the landing page they're visiting. The results of such an interaction are far superior to "cold clicks" and provide affiliate publishers with greater opportunity to earn commission.
How do affiliates "warm up" their readers before they click? They do this in a variety of ways... but some very effective methods often include some form of personal recommendation or endorsement. This can be done by telling their own personal experience shopping with Perdue Farms, or enjoying the fine meats when grilling, or why they trust Perdue Farms, and so forth.
Another effective strategy for encouraging higher conversion rates is to share how a bundle or deal is a good one. For example, if you're in a high-cost market area, point out the savings they'll experience relative to their area. If your readers are short on time (or in a densely-populated urban area), point out the efficiency and convenience of delivery to their door. If they have a family or do advanced meal planning, then bulk buying deals can make lots of sense for them (like the BOGO ones above that can be stacked in multiples to get to the free shipping threshold - plus both these BOGO products are on sale so let them know that too!).
In short, affiliate marketing is really relationship marketing. You are the expert they're looking to for guidance. That's why your relationship (and trust) with your audience goes a long way in providing you successful earnings through your exit clicks.
The brands of Perdue Farms work with small family farmers and ranchers across the country, who carry on an agricultural tradition handed down from their parents and grandparents. Networks are comprised of cattle ranchers, sheep farmers, hog farmers and poultry farmers, who must follow a specific (and strict!) set of farming protocols to raise livestock for our brands.
