3. Tips - Seasonal Focus
One of the best times to promote Perdue Farms is around seasonal events and holidays, especially ones with a strong family-food tradition. And to do such promotional efforts more effectively, we've found that you need to start mentioning the specials and seasonal offers three to four weeks beforehand since many people start planning (and buying) in advance (and shipping frozen food can only be done on certain days of the week).
March and April have significant food traditions. For example, many sports fan households enjoy grilling around March Madness. Others travel over spring break and order their food in advance for delivery at their vacation home destination. In addition, during these months, Easter and Passover are traditionally observed by millions. (In 2021, Easter is on Sunday, April 4 and Passover begins at sundown on March 27 and ends Sunday evening on April 4.)
