4. Company Update
Perdue Celebrates Women’s Equality Day. Wednesday, August 26th marked the 100th anniversary of the passage of the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, granting the right to vote to women. As a company where women have been the backbone since its founding, we celebrate this day because it is an opportunity to honor women’s hard-won progress for universal freedom, justice and equality. The Perdue Organization for Women led the charge as we celebrated at each operation and remotely. Associates from across the company wore purple to show their support.
