It would be incredibly helpful to have a feature that automatically updates students’ grade levels across the system at the end of each school year or on a designated date (e.g., June 1st). This would reduce the need for manual updates and help avoid registration issues when grade-specific activities are involved. Suggested Functionality: Admins can set a “Grade Promotion Date” in the organization settings. On that date, all active students in the system would automatically be promoted to the next grade level (e.g., 3rd grade → 4th grade). An optional toggle could allow organizations to opt in/out or manually trigger the update if needed. Include a preview list before promotion so admins can review and confirm changes.
