"Other" is not a gender identifier

The binary selection under gender with an "other" as the only other option is extremely troublesome. For my grant reporting, I need to specify whether a participant identifies as Non-Binary or Trans. Not having this option, not only does not help us in our annual reporting, it is troubling and an deterrent to any youth who identifies as such and would wish to join our program.
