Dynamic Routing Based on Inbound Alerts
- Dynamic Recipient Groups – Based on the content of an inbound alert, you can now dynamically assign the alert generated it to a specific Team (or Group).
- Escalation Rule Override – Based on the content of an inbound alert, you can now also dynamically assign a specific escalation rule.
