Here's a taste of what to expect:
- Improved UI Changes – We're constantly testing and making improvements to the UI. While many changes go unnoticed, the current release focuses on readability with special attention given to standardize font size, contrast, and colors throughout the app.
- Updates to Live Call Routing – Create an alert, manage multiple numbers per account, custom recording File for No Response Message
- Group Calendar Feed & Export – Now your entire group calendar can be exported for better team scheduling. Previously, this was only available for individual user schedules.
- Cancel Your Subscription – You can now easily cancel your subscription.
- SOC 2 Certified – AlertOps is officially SOC2 Type 1 certified by a reputable third-party vendor, to show our commitment to enterprise-grade security.
- Minor Bug Fixes & Improvements

Here's a taste of what to expect:
Flood Control – That escalated quickly! Filter the noise and limit the amount of alerts coming from the same source. For example, if you exceed a certain number of alerts within a set time period, then alerts can be combined.
New Escalation Timeline – The new escalation timeline gives you a visual representation of which members in a group receive notifications, and the delay between notifications to see when they will go out.
New Alert Timeline – The new alert time line in the alerts tab where you can visualize when an alert started and closed.
New Slack® App – We’re officially partnered with Slack on the Slack Marketplace! Making it an even easier integration process with easy to use AlertOps ticket commands on the Slack app.
New Microsoft Teams® App – We're officially partnered with Microsoft Teams.
Call Routing & Voicemail – Customize the Caller ID to know who is calling in by allowing each caller to have their own number on display rather than the routing number. Additionally, you can now customize your voicemail message.
Control “Group” Field - Group fields together by name or field type (e.i. ServiceNow fields, Nagios fields, etc.). This is located under all alerts when you click on links.
Calendar Edit and Override – Edit your calendar without going in the back end, simply go to a group calendar then right click to override schedule and edit on the settings on the page.
Cloning Schedules – We made it easier for you to copy schedules within your groups at the simple click of a button!
Conference Bridges in Integrations – An alert from a specific integration can have a specific “critical integration” conference bridge for use during major incidents.
Stakeholder Users – Now, stakeholders are a user type, so there will be a clear distinction on the app between Users and Stakeholders.
User Timezones – Set up an individual timezone that works perfectly for you and not just for the account manager. Maybe you’re working remotely on a beach in a different country! No more googling "PST to IST" just to see when you're on-call.
Schedule Timezones – Schedules now have individual timezones, so you can now have multiple schedules running different timezones.

3.5.8 includes 8 new features from our 2018 roadmap, and a handful important improvements.

Here's a taste of what to expect:
- Improved Dashboards – We've added infrastructure health at the bottom of the Dashboard so you can view all integrations at a time.
- User Defined Notification Rules – Get notified at your own time. Everyone has their preferences: you can get push notifications every 5 minutes and your teammate could get emails instead.
- Microsoft Teams Integration – New Integration! We’re coming up on a full service integration. You can alert to chat and they should assign, open, and close it. Chat integrations could even replace emails or bridges in some cases.
- User Schedules Export as .ical – With one easy click, export your calendar as an .ical file (as well as the exports you could already do). This is under the schedules tab. Then you can easily import this file into your email calendars such as outlook and ical! Export from user under “My Profile.”
- Improved Dashboards Widget – We have now added an infrastructure health widget to your dashboard so all integrations can be viewed at once.
- Time of Day Alerting – Saving time to check in on errors? Now you can route your alerts based on day of the week and time of day. This feature is available in the integrations view.
- Calendar Color Picker – Double rainbow! Now you can have different colors for your calendars.
- "Billing Only" User Type – An enterprise might have a separate person handling the money. We’ve made it easier now by adding a (FREE) billing only user to your account.
And as usual, lots of bug fixes and enhancements to improve speed and functionality. We've made web hooks easier to use, fixed an on-call message rule and much more.
