AI edit stuck at 2% for extended periods

As mentioned in my previous ticket, the AI processing is taking a lot of time, even though the internet upload and download speeds are good. Please look into this issue. I started this subscription to make my edits and content editing easier, but it doesn’t seem like it is as easy as it was portrayed. Please let me know how I can proceed with this issue.
