Right now, there's a severe jump between cost of essentials plan and pro, and a jump of 4 hours to 20 hours. There's no middle ground. I only do a couple of shows a month, usually 4 hours is plenty but occasionally I might choose to record an additional episode due to guest availability, holidays, etc and I might go a little over. But that 4 hours is cast in stone. Once it's used up, poof. Which means if I need to record a little more, I have to use one of your competitors platforms. Not a great experience. So Why not either allow your clients the ability to purchase top-up hours on an ad-hoc basis or provide an additional plan between essentials and Pro (amateur?) which provides a middle ground with maybe 8 hours a month?
