I uploaded my video and provided clear instructions to the AI, but it performed poorly. Additionally, it remained stuck at 2% for an extended period without progressing further. I couldn’t determine the underlying issue, so I had to cancel the process, resulting in the loss of my credits. Furthermore, the video was edited poorly, and the processing was ongoing but never completed. I also checked my upload and download speeds, which were surprisingly good.
