Notifications for when new ideas are submitted (or not responded to, etc.)

We would like to be able to reach out to our users based on their NPS score to get more feedback. For example it would be great to setup automations like "Send users a notification x days after last NPS score (less than 7)."

We're legally obligated to delete user data for clients who switch provider. We have some technical challenges internally in doing this via API so would much rather have the ability to select an email domain or segment of users and manually delete all of them rather than one-by-one or via API.

Today there's not a way to input the email address of the user requesting a feature in the admin portal. You can add a new feature and add their email to the notes but you can't enter their email address like you can if you input the feature request in the slider within your product.

Give the possibility to limit a group of users on a customer parameter. For example we can have a setting called "voting_group" and all the users with the same group can vote a request just once!

In many programs you can create a line break by typing Shift+Enter, so it has become a pattern our users are expecting. Could we get this to Beamer comments, too?

Useful for extracting info and joining with local databases.

I'd like to receive a weekly email of NPS report, so I can easily share/forward the NPS report to my team.
