Did you know that BRM handles around $85million of reservations every year? (and growing)
Business Intelligence Software (BI)
We wanted to send out advanced notice about some big improvements coming for a much-requested area of BRM; graphs, exports and reports. BRM collects a huge amount of valuable data on your behalf and until now we've underperformed in our ability to get you that data in a meaningful way.
So we've teamed up with Google and are working hard to integrate the latest Business Intelligence software into BRM. We hope to start rolling out solutions during Q1 and Q2 of 2025.
We envisage there being perhaps 3 levels of data product within BRM, but would welcome your feedback.
- Basic: limited data, but still way more powerful than current (free and embedded)
- Advanced: advanced data product to create your own dashboards and more (likely paid add-on)
- Enterprise advanced data product and multi-store and perhaps AI driven insights (enterprise version)
To whet your appetite here is a very early mockup of an example dashboard - the real thing will be much prettier and interactive of course, with your own data.
Imagine being able to have a dashboard(s) that gives real business insights and help with decision making.
- average lead time (how far in advance do your bookings happen?)
- rentals by model
- which sales channels are most effective for you?
- rentals by any timeframe, easily
- when to sell bikes? (ROI)
- average rental duration
- average number of bikes per rental
- comparison by category
- comparison to wider industry norms (price, model, duration etc)
At this point we're working hard on all the technical elements of getting data to flow and creating sample dashboards.
