Knowing which bikes to prepare and then tracking which ones have been prepped can be a real pain. This upgrade should take most of that pain away and save your team a bunch of time.
The new Prep List combines data from key areas of the system so you have all the right information to prepare your bikes properly and at the right time:
In addition you can define what 'upcoming horizon' works for your business. (i.e. how many days ahead do you prep your bikes?).
You can 'prep' each bike as you complete the work.
You can also 'goto' each bike or each reservation if you want to quickly look up any further details.
In the pipeline for this feature - we'll be rolling up the 'prepped' status for whole reservations so you can quickly see which reservations are fully prepped in a range of places within BRM.
In addition to this great new feature we're also rolling out a couple of little upgrades to Invoices, in the context of our ongoing upgrade to data and reporting within the platform.
When an invoice number is created (when a reservation reaches confirmed stage) we now put the invoice number at the top of the Reservation Detail Panel to make it much more transparent.
We'll be rolling out further updates to invoicing over the coming weeks and months to make it easier for you to track and report, including help with declaring your taxes to the respective authorities. You can also now see your invoice numbers by selecting that column in the Reservation List Panel.
In addition to these updates we've made a range of more minor changes to support the ongoing rollout of the new Customer Booking Page.
