Great news! By popular demand, we have just launched a brand new product for Co-Browse. This is currently in internal Beta testing and will be available soon for early adopters.
What is Co-Browse? Cobrowsing, short for collaborative browsing, is a real-time online collaboration tool that enables multiple users to view and interact with the same web content simultaneously. A simple click empowers agents to not only observe but actively engage with customers' web browsers. Unlike screen sharing, co-browsing permits agents to highlight content, navigate pages, and offer personalized assistance during intricate tasks.
Co-browse vs Screenshare Screen sharing works by sharing your entire desktop and takes a pixel-based approach, which means that snapshots of your entire screen are being taken and streamed over and over again. Co-browsing technology only streams events, which doesn't require much bandwidth and is much more secure.
