Oops, instead of copying the text in the task description of the task on the task board, you’ve pasted whatever was on your clipboard, and now the description is gone forever. Not any more. Simply click the Undo button to return to the text that was previously there.
You can now details of a task with others who don't have access to your task board. The new share feature copies the URL, plus project information and task details, so you can share it on slack, via email or whatever other tools you’d like.
The person you send it to just needs to click on the location pin to see the task details information, making it easier to share task information with others.
Edit the Location URL in the task details manually, so now if the name of the page you’re working on changes, you won't lose all the BugHerd pins associated with that page. You can update the Location by clicking the edit icon next to the location. Only members, managers or admins can edit the location.Read More

We've just released an update to our browser extension that greatly improves the way we match your BugHerd Projects to the URL you're viewing.
Why is that interesting?
Well, for some of you who host lots of different sites on the same domain, you might have noticed that sometimes your tasks ended up in the wrong project. Super confusing and very frustrating when it happened, we know.
What do we mean by multiple sites on the same domain?
For agencies, you might host client sites on the same staging server, something like the example below.
For e-commerce stores, maybe you have different sites for different countries, for example.
Or for online course providers, all your courses probably live on the same domain, something like this.
Any of these examples used to be problematic for the BugHerd browser extension, but not anymore.
What do I need to do? Nothing, your browser extension should update automatically.

As you may know, we’ll soon be releasing our custom columns feature which will bring the ability to customise the columns that appear on your project Kanban board. Unfortunately, delivering this feature will involve a breaking change to our API v2.
