Our investigation detected this had something to do with a timeout issue. Essentially, payments were processed successfully, but the form was not redirecting to the intended webpage. Users were left at the payment form as if the purchase had not been completed. We're pleased to confirm that we've patched the bug. Our developers addressed this bug by fine-tuning the code directly responsible for the web page redirects after payment. We've run extensive tests using the same environment where the issue was replicated to ensure this hiccup is truly resolved. Feel free to test this on your end.
