We've made some major upgrades to our Cross-Platform Performance (CPP) ranking. CPP integrates data from multiple services and socials to help you accurately compare the popularity of artists at a global level. It now includes data from eight additional services, including TikTok and Pandora. We’ve also increased the number of artists covered by the ranking to 1-million, as well as providing separate rankings for artists based on their Fan Base and Engagement. For more info, read the blog post here.
In the past, you had to scroll a long way to see the bottom section of an Artist, Track, or Album Page. Now, we split up the page so you can navigate easily and the page will load faster. This also gives us more room to develop new features and views.
Summary stats can be very helpful for getting a quick, high-level view of artists' performance. We made it easier than ever to download and share these stats by adding PDF and CSV export options right beneath the stats.
After introducing Artist Insights a few months ago, we worked on adding more types of news so you can stay up to date. With this update, we've added Milestones which trigger when an artist hits certain metric milestones. For example, you can now know when an artist broke into the top 100k CPP ranks.
The results on the Reports page can take a long time to generate, especially when creating your reports for popular artists over longer time frames. So you can now select to have a link to a report emailed to you once it is completed. In most instances you will only have to wait a few minutes, but we know how busy you are :).
