Recruiting admins can now specify rules that auto-disqualify candidates based on their answers to certain multiple choice questions. When editing or creating a job, admins can select questions to apply these rules to:
Currently, rules can only be added for single-answer multiple-choice questions.
Candidates who answer with a disqualifying answer will receive a rejection email the next business day, and will be marked as Auto-Disqualified in the list of candidates.
Previously, there was no way to auto-disqualify candidates based on their answers to questions, which meant admins had to go through a time-consuming process of going through all candidates, find their answers to screening questions, and manually disqualify them. Now, this disqualification is automatically done based on a rule, freeing up time to go through qualified candidates.
