Closing a review will share results with the employee:
Previously, managers had to wait for an admin to close the entire review cycle before they could share results with their employees. Now, managers can decide when their direct reports see their review results.
This will allow managers to have more control over when they discuss review results with an employee, and when those results are shared with the employee.
Admins will continue to be able to close review cycles.
