What's new on Collage

Notes can now be added to performance reviews to capture discussion around the review:

Notes can be added by managers and admins at any time, and by employees after their review is shared with them. Notes can continue to be added after a review is closed. Managers and admins can choose to make notes visible to the reviewee.

Previously, there was no way to capture any discussion about a performance review e.g. between an employee and a manager, and this process had to happen outside of Collage. Now, managers, employees, and admins can add their notes about a performance review to Collage.
