You’ll now be able to edit both the subject line and body of the Initial email that goes out to your members the first time you send them their digital membership cards.
Additionally, we’ve added a completely new functionality - the ability to edit the Renewal email. The Renewal email is the email that can be set up and sent to those members who’ve renewed their membership but have not installed their card yet. This provides yet another way to increase adoption!
These new features provide you with more flexibility and control over the email language that goes out with the Digital Membership Card at various parts of the member lifecycle.
Automatically re-send Digital Membership Cards upon renewal
Have you ever wished you could send your renewing members their Digital Membership Card along with an extra “thank you” message? You have members who never downloaded their card the first time around or at the time you originally launched your Digital Membership Card initiative. Well, the great news is that you can now activate the option of automatically re-sending Digital Membership Cards to your renewing members who have not downloaded them yet.
You won’t have to worry about renewing members asking for their cards again, or resending the card manually. This functionality will take care of delivering their card just as they renew and will certainly increase the number of members with their Digital Membership Card installed in their wallets. It’s also yet another way to say “thank you” to your renewing members.
