How much resistance can it hold? Can I increase the resistance or is it fixed?
All of the resistance that you will ever need is in the Exer-Genie itself.
The only thing that you need to understand is: How am I going to use this? For what type of training or rehabilitation movement or functional performance do I need it? Those things determine the attachments hence the different systems. If you are very weak you use very little bit of resistance on the unit, if you are a very strong you just dial it up. The training line has a breaking strength of over 1200 pounds. Not many people can move 1200 pounds.
