Improvements and Bug Fixes🔧

  • When you create a new recurring invoice and select sending the invoice to email, the system will notify you if you forget to specify a recipient.

  • We fixed a bug in the mobile application when some users might not see the pdf files attached to a task.
  • We fixed a bug that occurred when deleting custom fields in the "Projects" section.
  • When some users inserted a link to an image to the task description, the image wasn’t displayed in this task without refreshing the page. This bug was fixed.

Minor Improvements and Bug Fixes

In user lists, you can now copy a link to every item.

  • We’ve added sorting by a start date of a task in the "Tomorrow" section of the "Tasks" module.
  • We’ve added display of decimals in Cash Position in the "Money" section.
  • Now, when a user is assigned as a responsible or an observer, only employees that are allowed to access the system are displayed in the drop-down list.
  • We fixed a bug that caused the changes to be saved only for archive projects when editing a project workflow and then applying changes to current projects.
  • We fixed a bug when users could receive several notifications when starting a task or sending it for approval.
  • We fixed a bug when a user without access to a workspace could select a workspace to link it to the calendar/task.
  • We fixed a bug of inserting an image into a knowledge base article using the Control+V keys.
  • We fixed an issue with decimal rounding and tax calculation in invoices.
  • We fixed a bug that occurs when starting a thread in Firefox web browser.

October Improvements and Bug Fixes. Part III and IV

  • When you hover the mouse pointer over a milestone on the main project page, now there are the date and time that display when the milestone was reached.

  • We fixed the bug in the Date/Time picker component when some users accidentally reset the date to 1900 when clicking on it.
  • When moving the project to the archive, now you have the new option to archive uncompleted tasks. The tasks will not be available in the task lists of users until the project is resumed. When deleting a project, you will also see a confirmation dialog box to delete all tasks and data.
  • In the "Money" and "Transactions" sections you can filter documents and transactions by the project.
  • In the projects of the Workspaces, a “Customer” field and filter have been added.
  • We fixed the bug that sometimes caused the date shift by one day when setting the deadline.
  • We fixed the bug in the project documents when all files were lost when loading a file with the undefined extension.
  • We fixed the bug that caused milestone deletion on the Gantt chart of a project.
  • A few users reached out to let us know that clicking on the push notification of a chat message opened a chat only with this very message. We’ve fixed it!

October Improvements and Bug Fixes. Part II

  • We fixed a bug that caused some users to have duplicate chat messages;
  • We fixed a bug that rarely caused the total number of tasks in the column on the Kanban board of a project and project template to be displayed incorrectly;
  • We fixed a bug in attaching Youtube or Vimeo video to a chat message, which sometimes resulted in picture display instead of previewing a video;
  • We fixed a bug in the Android mobile app that could redirect the user to 404 page during authorization;
  • We fixed a category filtering bug on the Agile board of the project sprint — sometimes categories were not displayed in the filter;
  • We fixed a bug that resulted in the display of deleted milestones on the Gantt Chart in the project;
  • We fixed a bug in Google Chrome 77 browser that caused a PDF file to be immediately downloaded when previewing;
  • The stability of integration with Tinkoff Bank is improved and potential errors are eliminated;
  • We fixed a bug that caused a button for quick task creation not to be displayed on the project task board without grouping tasks by stages;
  • We fixed a bug that caused Flowlu logo to be displayed in the users’ invoices sent via an external link instead of the one set in the system settings;
  • When users had a large number of sales funnel stages on the Kanban board of deals in CRM and opened the deal card, the headings of the Kanban board failed. We fixed it!
  • We have improved the search by chat. Now, long messages are displayed in the shortened version of the search results for the convenience of viewing.

Minor Bug Fixes and Improvements ;)

  • We fixed a bug that caused the error of opening a deal or task card when you move on to other records without closing the opened card;

  • We fixed a bug that caused the legal name in the template not to be altered when changing the organization in the invoice.
  • We fixed a bug that caused the deadline not to be set during task editing in the mobile app.
  • We changed the date display format in the feed, the notifications, as well as in the comments (to tasks, deals, projects, etc.). Now it is displayed in respect of the current moment, for example: just now, an hour ago, a week ago, etc.
  • We fixed a bug that caused some users not to see custom fields in the project card in the mobile app.
  • We increased the security and privacy of user data.

Minor Bug Fixes and Improvement

We would like to share with you our latest minor bug fixes and improvements. Here they are:

  • We fixed a bug that caused the "Team" field to reset when you edit a project.
  • We added a link to the application by which the user is notified (e.g. task, event, project, invoice, etc.) to the email notifications. Now you can go to the necessary section of Flowlu in one click.
  • We added the "Priority" column in the list of the projects, so now you can filter the data using this field.
  • When deleting the task links (to a project or an organization), a confirmation dialogue box is now displayed, which would prevent you from unexpected or unintended problems in the future.
  • We updated the process of entering the estimated time in the tasks. Now, if you enter "1" in the field, the system will account it as 1 hour, if you enter "1 30" in the field, then as 1 hour 30 minutes. Previously, when entering one number, it was converted into minutes, not hours.
  • We fixed a bug that caused the links between subtasks to reset in Agile Projects.
  • The notifications on user’s invitation to take part in the calendar event now reveal it's date and time.
