Casting URL without instructions

Make an option to allow the 'guest' casting url to be enabled without requiring the default popup or bar. Could be 'custom content' option possibly. This would allow more customization of when and how the casting URL is displayed. The default URL would be displayed in the casting settings so that a user could add it to their own custom content.

I was told by support that if I turned off the instructions, the casting URL would stop working. But further testing shows that the URL does remain active if I turn off the instructions, but still keep casting turned on. So really, it would just be adding the URL to the admin casting panel so that you could see what the URL is if you are not currently displaying the instructions.
