Fix charging users Fugo balance after downgrade and immediate upgrade

1. Downgrade: User removes an existing screen -> Stripe Balance increases by the prorated amount
2. Upgrade: User Immedietly add's a new screen -> Stripe charges user's payment method instead of the chargin the their balance
