Fix phantom content on the screen

Some of our customers have experienced phantom content, where they may see content on the screen that's abasent from their screen playlist.

This happens because if content is deleted from the Studio library, it dissapears from the playlist view but is not acutally removed from the screen playlist.

This is an UX issue and will be fixed.
