What's new on Giant Rocketship

Exciting news for all Rocketship users! We've just rolled out a handy new feature in the Admin Portal that allows you to test your Escalation Rules with ease – including those complex Triggered Escalation Rules.

Here's how you can access this new tool:

1. Head over to the Escalation Rules in the Admin Portal.
2. Look for the "Test a Ticket" option right at the top of the Escalation Rules table.
3. Click on it, and you're all set to start testing! Just enter a valid Ticket#.

This feature is particularly useful for those of you working on testing or deploying automatic evaluations using Triggers. It's now simpler than ever to ensure your rules work exactly as intended, saving you time and enhancing your workflow efficiency.
