- Total Control: Tailor the order of Next Activities on your Workboard and across all Rocketship Calendars, exactly the way you prefer.
- User-Friendly Options: Choose from a variety of sorting options to align with your team's workflow and priorities.
Current Customers:
- Your current setting remains as "Priority then Ticket Create Date." However, you have the flexibility to update this to better suit your workflow.
- The new recommended default is "Priority then Ticket SLA Due Date (Soonest to Latest)."
- To update, simply navigate to the settings and select your preferred sort order.
New Customers:
- The default setting for you is "Priority then Ticket SLA Due Date (Soonest to Latest)," offering an intuitive start to your Rocketship experience.
