We're excited to introduce an enhancement that streamlines the management of "Autotask Teams" within Rocketship, optimizing your experience across operational screens in both the Rocketship Workboard and the Dispatcher's HUD.
Here's what's new:
- Team Visibility: You now have the ability to Hide/Unhide Teams directly from the Admin Portal. This empowers you to tailor the view to your specific needs.
- Simplified Team Management: We've merged the Custom Teams and Autotask Teams screens in the Admin Portal into a single unified "Teams" section. This consolidation promotes greater clarity and efficiency in your team management tasks.
- Optimized Autotask Teams: For Autotask Teams that have never been utilized, we've automatically set them to Hidden. This ensures that only relevant teams are visible, minimizing clutter.
- Automatic Hidden Status: Whenever new Roles are created in Autotask, any accompanying Autotask Teams will now be automatically set to Hidden. This proactive approach maintains a clean interface while accommodating your evolving needs.
