Update Autotask Service Calls instantly on Start/Complete Clicks
You can now enable an automatic adjustment to the Autotask Calendar via Rocketship when a user clicks the Start or Complete buttons on a Next Activity.
If you prefer having the Autotask Calendar (Autotask Service Calls) show the exact moments when a user clicked Start or Complete on the Workboard, you can now enable this. (It is disabled by default.) Access the setting via Admin Portal->Scheduling Home->Next Activity Settings->Calendar Adjustments.
Some users prefer having the Autotask Calendar show actual dates, while others prefer the Autotask Calendar showing "best estimate" dates. Pick which works best for you!
