Welcome Aboard Nina as Customer Success Manager
We want to give a warm welcome to Nina as a Customer Success Manager (CSM).
Nina has a long history in technical support, onboarding, and customer success in SaaS. She'll be bringing that experience with her to Giant Rocketship. During her first month, she'll be in training and reviewing our processes, so you may see her shadowing us on support and onboarding calls.
