Ability to view Fundraisers with hidden labels in reports

Currently if you hide labels from your view panel it also hides fundraisers from your GP reports.
It would be useful to be able to hide the labels from the label view panel but still be able to view the fundraisers when we filter for particular times and events. Otherwise it is necessary to keep all labels in few to ensure you do not miss anyone in your reports.
