Add PayPal Giving Fund Transaction ID into GivePanel Exports

If the PayPal Giving Fund Transaction ID was consistent for the same donation in both the PayPal Giving Fund Reports and the facebook transaction reports, then it would be great if it could be surfaced in the GivePanel reports. Then we would be able to import it, and Finance would be able to search on it.
