Exact results when searching for first and last name

When searching for a full name, if there is an exact match, I only want to see the exact full name match returned in the results, not first or last name results If I search John Smith, all Johns and all Smiths come up. If I type a first + a surname I should just be able to see that full name, not everyone who has either the first or the surname thanks
