Duplicate Alerts When Adding Leads:As you add new leads, GoalsMapper will automatically check for potential duplicates and alert you, allowing you to address them immediately.A new widget on the lead and contact summary pages now highlights any potential duplicates. You can review and manage these duplicates directly from the summary page.
Link and Merge Existing Contacts When Converting Leads:
When converting a lead to a contact, you can now easily link it to an existing contact if a duplicate is detected. Additionally, we’ve introduced a new option to merge the leads/contacts, combining their information to ensure data consistency.
