Start a conversation based on the mood of your employees

Black Friday, Blue Monday... we are not here to bother you with misleading discounts, but with a new feature resulting (once again) on your feedback: conversations with employees based on their HI or eNPS.

Wouldn't it be weird to talk to a friend without first knowing how he or she is doing or what is bothering him or her? Knowing the context of the other person helps us to focus the conversation and be able to guide it to get better results. Well, now you can do this from Happyforce.

Remember the individual vote map (it's a bit hidden and we will work on making it more handy, but in the meantime you can find them in Engagement - HI Detail or eNPS Detail)?

Now, if you click on the individual faces you will be able to see a sidebar with the employee status: his HI, and his eNPS and Scores if they are enabled. You will also be able to see if there are already conversations started with that employee and be the one to take the initiative to talk to him in order to help.

In addition, and as a gift from our CTO who always likes to go a little further, we added a new view of the individual vote in "Dispersion" mode. Through this view, you can see how employees are distributed by their individual HI/eNPS in the selected period. The higher an employee is positioned in the graph, the higher his HI/eNPS is. On the other hand, the further to the right, the more times he/she has participated.

Our purpose with this improvement is to help managers learn more about an employee before initiating a conversation and to encourage them to use conversations as a tool to gain more information to identify potential problems and reinforce the indicators where they are strongest.
