Welcome HappyforceME 🎉
The idea of showing individual data to each employee has been around for a long time at Happyforce - after all, who wouldn't like to have a self-diagnosis of how they feel?
Analyzing the satisfaction surveys launched to employees of several companies, this feedback was often repeated:
"I spend time answering questions, participating in surveys, marking mood faces...but I don't know what for."
On the other hand, we know that it is sometimes difficult for you to keep employees engaged and regularly participating.
The problem was already identified: what could Happyforce do to make employees feel much more motivated to participate? After a lot of thinking (not so much), we concluded: let's start by giving them their data, or what we like to call it: HappyforceME.
As a company, once you activate HappyforceME (if you haven't done so yet reply to this message and we will help you with the setup) it is the employee who has the final say. And the first thing you will see in the section will be a consent screen:
Only if the employee decides to activate the section we will start showing his individual data. The only requirement for this to happen is that the employee has participated at least 4 times in the last 30 days.
What happens once they reach that minimum participation? Data! In this first version we start by showing:
- Participation level
- Individual HI
- Votes distribution
- Calendar where you can see daily vote throughout the month
At the moment this section is only available for the Happyforce app. We are receiving feedback from employees who are already using it with improvements and many congratulations. So we encourage you to activate this feature and communicate the HappyforceME section to your team by sending an announcement through Happyforce. In order to make your life easier we set a new template you can use at Announcements -- Create from template -- Happyforce.
