📝 Certificates of Completion Updates! ☑️
Hello Heroes!
Dropping by to let you know that Certificates of Completion has received an update! 🎉
Certificates can now be edited and customized far more than in the past! Previously, a logo and custom form fields could be added. While those options are still available, Certificate customization now includes:
- A background image can be added! This is great for branding! 🖼
- A Recipient Subtitle can be added to display above the Recipient's name. ✏️
- A Course Subtitle can be added to display the Course Name. 📕
- If desired, an expiration date can be added to the Certificate. 🕒
Another helpful feature that has been added is now you can verify that a certificate has been sent, and download it yourself!
- From your dashboard, select Products.
- Click the title of the Course for which you want to access a certificate.
- Select the Customers tab.
- Navigate to the Certificate column of your customer’s record.
- Locate the Certificate sent icon to verify that a certificate has been awarded.
- Click the Download certificate icon to download a copy of the certificate:
