Multi-Pay Enhancements refers to the ability to offer a trial and a set-up fee for multiple payment offers!
A trial for a multi-pay offer is a great way to let a curious potential customer try your product before committing to a multi-pay payment plan. Once the trial days run out, they will be charged the first payment.
A set-up fee is a useful tool for offering a paid trial. We get it-a free trial may not be the best financial option at all times, but offering no trial can also be detrimental to business.
A set-up fee is a perfect in-between solution. By charging a small fee, the customer will be charged that fee upon checkout to try your product. If they like what they see and want to continue with your product, they will be charged the first payment once the trial days have passed.
