Pausing a Customers Subscription or Multi-Payment.
Hello Heroes! Did you know that with Kajabi you can pause your customers' subscription or multi-payment if needed?
This means if your customer needs a break from the product subscription or multi-payment, you can easily pause it through Kajabi and resume it when they are ready! ✅
If your customer requests a break for various reasons, no longer will you need to cancel the subscription outright, and with this feature your customers can feel a little more free signing up for a subscription or multi-payment, knowing they can take a break if needed. 😎
When your customer is ready to resume, you can resume their payments from their purchase information page and the payment will continue on the next scheduled payment date. 📅
