Add Settings for Preference for the generated responsees

[Long & detailed] vs [short & to the point] messages. How much internal details of the bot unknown to the user character should be put (internal thoughts, etc.). To have the msg always contain/end with a response from the bot character vs no restrictions. Such preferences. Currently you have to keep rerolling until you get a good response that meets the requirements mentioned above.
