Empty messages as a response

Sometimes the engine gives no answer or very short answers consisting of only a few words that do not form an intelligible phase. For the first case, see conversation https://chat.kink.ai/chat/a48d7a57-55f8-4a38-8f1d-da5e22ecbf2c where not one but two empty messages were given, but the counter of remaining messages was decreased both times.
