Issue: zoom the chat out, so that users don't have to slide from side-side to read entire messages, and to send messages

Yes, there is a formatting issue that needs to be addressed. The text will change styles and drag out - this makes it incredibly difficult to follow, especially on mobile devices.

The format seems to change after a while. There was also a back and forth change during the same conversation. It seems the input text box is too wide and the the text boxes in the conversation frame are also very wide. First it seemed there is no wrap-up, but there is, just it is not done until the end of the box is reached.

This came about when they added the "remaining messages" counter at the top. If you're on mobile, try setting text size to 90% for a workaround.
