Generating images results sometimes in anatomically incorrect images. E.g.: Missing, deformed, displaced or supplemental limbs or fingers.

As far as I know, it's a bug very common and hard to solve in all image ai generator used today. To explain this in a simplified way, one AI generates an image and another AI tries to determine if the image is not too statistically different from reference images. An extra arm may not be a significant enough statistical error on an image for AI to detect. Compare it with a photograph where you can see the arms of people off-screen and one person in the center.
