Creating personalized dashboards is now in Tech Preview
We’re excited to announce an early prototype release of custom dashboards in Konnect Labs (KLabs) as a Tech Preview.
Today, our built-in Summary dashboard provides a fixed set of key performance metrics, but we know that every organization has different priorities. Some teams focus on consumer impact and health, while others drill down into runtime performance. Without the ability to customize dashboards, it’s challenging to tailor insights to specific needs.
With this release, Advanced Analytics users can now create personalized dashboards, add tiles based on a complete new chart or an existing report, and move or resize tiles for complete layout control. This early version is designed for hands-on exploration and feedback, helping us refine the experience before a full release.
Here is what you need to do to enable it for your organization:
- Login into your Konnect org.
- Navigate to the "Labs" menu (only org admin are able to see it).
- Toggle "Custom Dashboards" on.
- Navigate to "Analytics" and you should see a new menu "Dashboards".
- Enjoy!
