๐Ÿš€ Improvements to Doc Rules: More Customization with Playbooks and Segments

With customized automation rules, you can ensure that your vital lien rights documents are always sent to the right people at the right time.

Why paperwork is easier with the Queue

  • Have your notices, waivers, or other routine documents file scheduled to send based on your preferences.
  • Maintain control with the flexibility to approve, cancel, pause-circle or โ€œpauseโ€ sensitive documents.
  • Manage monthly notice requirements based on invoice Calendar-alt status and other preferences unique to your business.

How the Queue works

  1. Select a PlaybookIn your Queue settings, you can choose a set of document automation rules (called a Playbook) based on your specific goal. Playbooks help you achieve your goals of protecting your lien rights with sending required notices, collecting or sending lien waivers, prompting timely payment, and if needed, escalating non-payment up to a lien or bond claim.
  2. Segment Your Settings

Once youโ€™ve selected a Playbook, you can set up a Segment to choose which jobs that Playbook will apply to. Only want notices sent on active jobs in a certain location? Create a Segment, and save it for future use.

  3. Set up Approvals A simple on/off toggle will allow you to determine whether or not approval is required for each type of document youโ€™re sending. If approvals are turned on, your documents wonโ€™t be sent unless you first approve them, and youโ€™ll receive notifications reminding you to do so.

This should allow you and your teams to have more control over when your documents are sent and help you to more easily set document rules without the help of your Levelset team. This will also provide visibility about what documents will be sent on your jobs and when, by having them in your Queue earlier.
