What's New in Levelset

Simplify the monitoring and fulfillment of waivers with new waiver tracking in Levelset! 

Now you can track the status of all waivers in a single place and quickly take necessary actions, leading to faster payment.

We have added a "Waivers" tab on jobs so you can track all waivers associated with a job in one place and:

• Get a birds-eye view of all waivers you send and vendor waivers you need to collect.
• Easily identify incomplete waivers and review completed waivers.
• Customize your view with filters by company or through dates.
• Save time by taking bulk action to request, send, or mark waivers complete. 

How Does it Work?

Open a Job and click on the "Waivers" tab. Toggle to view "My Waivers" or "Vendor Waivers" and filter to customize your view. If your role on the project is as a supplier, you will only see "My Waivers."

Track Your Waivers

• From the "Waivers" tab on a job, select "My Waivers" on the toggle.
• Levelset will automatically track and group waivers as "sent" or "not sent" according to the through date.
• Use the progress bar to monitor the status of all progress conditional and progress unconditional waivers for this job based on your filters. 
• Select all waivers which you want to take the same action. Then select "Send," "Mark Completed," or "Export" for all of the selected waivers.

Track Vendor Waivers

• From the "Waivers" tab on a job, select "Vendor Waivers" on the toggle.
• Levelset will automatically track waivers as "completed" or "incomplete" or as "requested" or "not requested" according to the through date.
• Select all waivers which you want to take the same action. Then select "Send," "Mark Completed," or "Export" for all of the selected waivers.
