What's New in Levelset

Now Waiver Management users can upload PDFs to easily create custom waiver templates. That means you get to spend less time creating waivers and more time handling other important tasks.

How to Create a PDF Waiver Template:

1. From the left navigation, go to All Items > Templates.
2. Click New Template in the upper right corner, and select Lien Waiver.
3. Enter a template name and select the type of Lien Waiver (for example, Final Conditional). Click Upload your own, then click Browse files to select and add the PDF.
4. Complete “Which jobs should use this template?” > Start editing

5. Drag and drop variables onto the PDF and save the template.

Once you’ve created a custom waiver template, you can assign your preferred templates to a job or company so that the correct template is always used.

How to Assign a Preferred Waiver Template to a Company

1. Search for a company or click on a company name within Levelset.
2. Go to Details.
3. In the Waiver Templates section, set the preferred templates for the customer company. 

How to Assign a Preferred Waiver Template to a Job

1. Go to a job Summary page.
2. Scroll down to find the Waiver Templates section on the right side.
3. Set the preferred templates for the job. The preferred templates set for the job take priority over the preferred templates set for the company.
