What is a Relay?

Relays are automated workflows that let inbox customers control how conversations are managed. For example, Relays will let users automatically label, assign or close conversations based on custom rules.

user may configure a relay that automatically assigns conversations to the teammate who responds first or automatically unassigns the conversation when it's closed.

Overtime we'll introduce more ways to build workflows and automate your inbox.

What We're Launching Soon:

  • Ability to automatically apply labels to conversations 
  • Ability to automatically route conversations between teammates when a response is sent
  • Ability to automatically un-assign or un-label conversations when closed
