WhatsApp Flows
You can now collect structured information from users through native WhatsApp forms — no more back-and-forth messaging for appointments, lead capture, or feedback.
With WhatsApp Flows, your AI Agent sends an interactive form that opens directly inside WhatsApp. Users fill in dates, selections, and text fields all at once and submit in a single tap. The response data is instantly available in your agent's context to continue the conversation.

- Native fullscreen forms inside WhatsApp — no external links
- Support for static (Navigate) and dynamic (Data Exchange) flows
- Response data stored in context variables for immediate use
- Draft mode for testing unpublished flows before going live
